On 7 September the Capacity Building Working group discussed the topic of quality assurance of trainings and capacity building measures for CIGS in Europe. In country reports from the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Germany, and the region of West Flanders in Belgium. Qquestions like the standards, specialization and targeting of trainings and whether CIGS have to pay for capacity building themselves were discussed and best practices were shared. At the end of the 1.5 h online meeting, participants agreed to continue working and exchanging on these questions of capacity building quality. The next meeting of this working group has been planned for the 7th of March 2024 from 11:00 till 12:30 CET. If you are interested to join the Capacity Building Working Group, feel free to register.
